What is accredited investor?
An accredited investor is a person or a business entity who is financially sophisticated and have a reduced need for the protection provided by regulatory disclosure filings. Accredited investors include natural high net worth individuals (HNWI), banks, insurance companies, brokers and trusts.
What are the requirements?
We use the definition of SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D. To be an accredited investor, you must be either
a corporate or business organization with net assets exceeding US $5 million;
a corporate or business organization which its stake holders are all accredited investors;
a person who have a net worth exceeding US $1 million not including the value of his/her primary residence property, either individually or jointly with his/her spouse;
a person who have an annual income exceeding US $200,000, or $300,000 for joint income, for the last two years with expectation of earning the same or higher income in the current year;
Why should you verify yourself as an accredited investor?
To protect your assets and prevent unsophisticated investors from suffering unbearable financial loss, we may limit the maximum allowed investment size until you verify your accredited investor status.

The provided documents will not be transferred to anyone unless the request is made from the government authorities.
*IMPORTANT: all documents must be either written in English or translated in English. Documents issued by the government authorities need not be notarized if they have a tamper-proof document verification number.
